Responsibilities:
Receiving, handling and processing of all incoming and outgoing calls, appointments,
register mails, left messages and distribute accordingly.
Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
Promotes good customer image for the Bank and acts as a P~ officer through friendly reception of visitors and customers
Qualifications and Experience.
At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist
Advanced Secondary education and Diploma in secretarial studies
Exceptional computer literacy
Highly developed organizational skills
